Useful information regarding the certificates of participation :
*In order to obtain EMC credits, the necessary documents will be submitted to EACCME, OAMGMAMR, OBBSCCR and other professional institutions that carry out the management of continuing medical education activities (CME).
*The certificate of participation with CME credits will be issued online only to participants who are present at the event and who meet the conditions stipulated in the Decision of the National Council of the Romanian College of Physicians no. 12 from June 29, 2018 published in the Official Gazette no. 683 / August 6, 2018
*In order to issue the certificate of participation with CME credits, participants will have to fill in the feedback form within 25 days from the end of the event. After this period, the organizers will send the report and the list of participants to the institutions providing CME credits. Filling in the feedback form will be done in the personal account that can be accessed at this link: https://online.medevents.ro/account/login
*After the expiration of the 25 days, the feedback form will no longer be available. After this date, certificates with CME credits will NOT be issued.
AMENDMENTS:
• The value of the Participation Fee is the one from the moment of payment, according to the deadlines from the FEES chart.
• In case you decide to use wire transfer, please specify the name and surname of the participant you are paying for and the event (ex. Participation Fee for Breast Cancer Conference 2024).
• Please note that Romanian citizens will have to pay in RON. Only foreigners will be able to make payment in EUR.
• For the participants who register and pay the Participation Fee after 25.08.2024 we can’t guarantee the symposium bag and other materials.
• Access for all the participants is permitted only based on the Participant Badge which can be picked at the Info Stand, during working hours, which you can find on the website at the General Information.
• In case the participants doesn’t present their badge, the organizers have the right to restrict their access in the event.
